Good afternoon,

It has been determined there is significant underwater structural damage to the docks, which makes accessing the docks unsafe in areas.   We are working with a vendor to assist with evaluating the damage and the repairs that are needed.  Unfortunately, this is not going to be a quick fix, but we are working to grant access to the docks by this weekend.

Good afternoon,

At this time, Sailboat Cove will remain closed due to ongoing repairs to the docks.  As of today, there was no damage reported to any of the boats on the docks.  We apologize for the delay, however; we must make sure the docks are safe and secure.

Another status update will come tomorrow.  Again, thank you for your patience.
