Memorial Day Remembrance and Gathering – 1:00-1:30 PM
May 25 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
“Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For though from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crossed the bar.”
Alfred, Lord Tennyson: “Crossing the Bar”
A few years ago, Dan began a group gathering under the tree by the PPYC memorial plaque, for a brief Memorial Day remembrance for those we have lost. It was very moving. Randy has volunteered to say a few words, along with anyone else that wants to share with the group.
